Aantekeningen:	Hermina's husband was the brother of our great-grandmother Anna Wilhelmina Metman. "Flip" Metman was a naval officer who later became "secretaris" of Bantam, Dutch East Indies. He returned to Holland with his daughter Pauline by an Indonesian woman. Paulus van den Berg describes "Mina" van der Voort as a very kindhearted woman, who brought up her husband's daughter Pauline as if it was her own. In fact, Pauline only discovered much later that Hermina was not her biological mother.
